A natural planner and problem-solver, she’s known for keeping many moving pieces aligned with calm precision. Before transitioning into executive support, Megan spent years as an instrumental music teacher, working closely with students, families, and school communities. That experience—grounded in patience, preparation, and adaptability—continues to shape how she shows up every day: positive and unflappable, even on the busiest days, and with a firm belief that everyone is teachable. Megan comes to All Places through our partnership with Squared Away, which trains and matches military spouses with trusted assistant roles.

Averi Woodlock is the Executive Assistant to our Managing Partner, Jessie Gabriel. She supports firm leadership with care, consistency, and exceptional attention to detail. She’s deeply trusted for her follow-through, professional judgment, and ability to keep complex days running smoothly. Before becoming an executive support specialist, Averi worked in mental health support roles, bringing a rare level of empathy and calm to her work. That background shapes how she shows up every day—with thoughtfulness, reliability, and a genuine commitment to supporting the people around her. Erica Akitani-Bob is Director of Operations at All Places, where she builds and maintains the operational and technological backbone that powers the firm’s client-first legal model. A builder at heart, she turns ambiguity into clear systems that enable better, faster decision-making across the firm. With a background spanning startups, consulting, and large law firms, Erica brings an operator’s lens to everything she touches. She’s known for spotting the signal in complex environments, codifying what works, and making results repeatable—so the firm and its clients can scale with confidence.

Jessie Gabriel is the founder of All Places, a champion for women, and a prominent voice on the role of capital ownership and control in achieving gender equity. Raised by a single working mother in Southern California, Jessie's success came with a deep appreciation of how gender norms and unequal access to capital contribute to a systemic lack of opportunities for women-identifying entrepreneurs and executives. Jessie’s personal vision and passionate advocacy are fueled by the desire to create true change—All Places is the culmination of her expertise and ethos, a space for women to formulate businesses of all kinds, receive trusted legal and strategic guidance, and ultimately cultivate long-term financial success.

Molly Tranbaugh is a partner at All Places and Head of Client Service, leading delivery of incredibly thoughtful, client-centered counsel with the responsiveness and practicality entrepreneurs and fund managers expect. She’s known for anticipating issues before they surface and moving mission-critical work across the finish line without unnecessary complexity. Molly brings a rare combination of government experience at the highest level, Big Law training, and operational leadership. Her background gives her exceptional judgment under pressure and a steady, thoughtful approach to complex matters—qualities clients rely on when the stakes are high.
